Our refund policy lasts 10 days. We accept return & refund request only in following cases:
- Broken/Damaged/Leaked product delivered
- Wrong item delivered
Although we take utmost importance in getting right product delivered to you in perfect condition but in rare case if you face any issue, just create a refund or return request by writing to us on email@example.com
Buyer can cancel the order before the order status changes to “Ready for Dispatch”. After this, unfortunately, order cannot be cancelled. However, customer can send us cancellation request on firstname.lastname@example.org immediately, and we would try, but not guarantee, to cancel the same to the best of our possibility.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: Plot No. 795, JLPL Industrial Area, Sector – 82, Mohali, Punjab 160055
